Sneaky hand-to-hand was a lot easier to do in Fallout Tactics. You could crouch down, sneak through the shadows right up behind them and vibroblade their butt!

Indeed. I'd love to see a Fallout with FO 1 or 2's level of story and fun combined with the enhanced combat options of Fallout Tactics. I'd be in vibroblade to the eye from behind (somehow) heaven.
