Pilgrimage - Vivec - Puzzle Maze - HELP [spoiler]

I've found the centre of the maze, and the triolith that reads BREATHE HIS GLORY AND THE WAY WILL BE MADE CLEAR. I've tried everything and I can't see a way through that force-fielded archway.

Anyone done this? I'm stumped.

Heh, you don't actually have to die...I drowned until I was almost dead, walked up and it was open.

Of course, it then took me three hours to find a freakin' silver longsword...thank goodness for Mark/Recall.
