I think about hire one more NPC and train him/her a little bit before I proceed to Ascension Peak. I want warrior. Who is best hireable warrior in game?

I think it could be usefull to make complete list of hireable characters in game (also for my second try of this game).
Here are those who I remember (please complete this list with another NPCs and add names - I do not remember names):
1. Vi Domina (Valkyrie)
2. Miles (Rogue)
3. little Trynie in Umpani base (?name?, ?warrior?)
4. one of TRangs (not from camp but from room in mountains - ?name?, ?type?)
5. robot (you can free him form hut ?name?, ?type?)
It is all I remember, my list can not be complete...

Private Sparkle is the Trynnie from umpani base..
Also, there is a bard there by name of Saxx..he is Umpani race..

Can't remember them all, or their professions. But here are some facts I do remember.
Robot-from the mines: Monk, He will go anywhere you want him to go, unlike Vi,Miles, Umpani warrior (name???), Trang and maybe more hirable characters. Most of them don't want to go to the Rapax castle! |

RFS-81 is the robot's name..
Also, if for some reason you pick him up and drop him out of your party, he will remain where you leave him for the rest of the game.. you can always return there and pick him up..

Here's a few that either aren't listed or their profession isn't listed:
Pvt Sparkle (trynnie from Umpani camp) is a ranger.
Madras is the trynnie gadgeteer
Tantris is the T'Rang samurai
Sexus is the Rapax mage
There is also a mook psionic but I forgot his name
That's just from what I remember so it could be a little off because I haven't played the game for a while.

A couple times through the game I've had excellent luck with Vi and RFS. For the areas they won't enter, I enter without them, set a portal, go back and get them (though, with Vi, she goes into whine mode while in the place she doesn't like.)
RFS is better than he appears. No ranged attack, but also tends to not be effected by a lot of things (blind, insane, etc.) Put him at the front and let him intercept a lot of the blows aimed at others. Methinks Vi might be the best, overall. Dump her mace, give her the best polearm available, and place her on the flank where she can reach any nearby enemy, including those in front.

I finished game without NPCs and I played it almost without NPCs.
But I will try them now, throught my second try of this game.
