Where is Divayth Fyr? (in Tel Fyr)

Finding Tel Fyr was easy enough, but I can't find Divayth Fyr.
The people in the only place I can enter say he is 'in his study above', but I cant find other entrances around the tower. (been levitating around for ages with no luck)

Do I have to go through the Corprusarium below to find him?

This caught me out for a bit too. Go as far up the building as you currently are, and at a point there will be one (two I think) 'junctions' where four corridors go off it. If you look up you will *think* you can see the ceiling of that level. In fact (for one of the junctions) it is not the celing of that level you are seeing, but the ceiling of the above level. So you have to levitate up there. He will be up there.
