What level should you be b4 you enter the addon world? |
|
I'm a level 7 fighter and I have just entered the addon (NOTR) world. I can barely move a few metres before I get my ass kicked by the monsters.
Is it advisable to enter this world at this level? |

I was level 10, but still found it challenging at the beginning.. Eventually though, I gained plenty of levels there and things
became more manageable.
I went to the add-on world as soon as I could in Chapter 2. I did not do the VOM first.
One suggestion is that you go back to Khorinis and make sure you haven't missed any good sidequests that could give you more experience. Then, come back to the addon world
about level 10.
Also, don't be afriad to just run away if you can't handle an encounter. And use spell scrolls to give you an edge when you need it. _________________ All shall hear the words of Karras...the words of Karras |

When I play the game, I always explore all of the Khorinis area, do all the quests etc, and do not join any guilds too early. Basically, you can get to level 18 in any case, in CH1, before joining any guilds. After that I usually choose a guild, join it, do all of it's quests for additional XP and when there's no more quests left, only then move on to CH2. In general, I do in CH2 also all kind of side quests before moving on to VoM or Jharkendar, so in general I am usually lvl 19-20 when I enter the Valley of Mines or Jharkendar, and then it's not that tough anymore _________________ Been there, done that . . . |
