Where di my Aiming Crosshair go?

When I started this game, there was an aiming crosshair for using a bow and arrow, but it somehow vanished and I am having a terrible time using ranged weapons (whichi is one of my major skills) Can anyone tell me how to get this back? I've been playing around for ages, but I can't find it. I have that option turned on in the game options, but it isn't appearing in the game itself.

I'm afraid I've never heard of a disappearing crosshair before. Have you installed a plugin that purported to make the game more realistic, and has removed it?

No plug ins, no mods. Just Morrowind and Tribunal installed. The crosshair was there, and then a while later it was gone.

Are you using first person view?

If you're using third person view, where you see all of your character as if you're standing behind them, I'm not sure if there is a crosshairs.

But I could be wrong about that -- I always play first person view.

Ahem. Check the options . you might have accidentally pushed the crosshair button.
