A few questions:
Is there any other way to get the swords the dude and the chick (sorry, can't remember thier names) are carrying in the sewers besides killing them?
I want that key on jesper, do absolutely have to kill him?
Hanna gives me "a key to the gates of Heaven." What exactley is this Item shes hands me? I can't find ot in my inventory.

1. there is no unless you wanne cheat.
Enter marvin-mode face the thiefs and press 'o' you'll take control of their body and be able to open their inventory. drop the sword you want, reposses your own body and pick up their swords.
2. you can get that key the way stated above.
If you need to pcikpocket him for the key, the key won't appear in his inventory, just raise you dex to be able to succesfully pickpocket him.
3. Of the coast of the city there is a small island, search there.  |

1 & 2) How is this supposed to work? Do you type marvin-mode in the console? If so, how do you pull up the console, ~ (tilde) doesn't work.
3) The Island with all the Lizards has a chest that can't be opened, whatever Hanna gave me, which I can't find in my inventory, still won't open that chest. Plus, how are you supposed to get back out of the cave with those stupid spikes and I can't jump like i did going in.

there's a "Master Epee" in VoM - old Xardas tower.
use the lever in the cave (it's masked as a torch on the cave wall) to lower the spikes. |

1 & 2 Open the stats-screen and type marvin, then close the screen and in the upper section of the screen it says 'marvin-mode'. Then you can use F2 as console and some other keys to preform other actions (o posseses the character yor facing).
3. Sorry, I can't help you with this. |

Ok, thanks for the help where you could offer it.
I still don't know anything about the "key" Hanna gives me, though. Is it an actual key or is it something else?

If I remember corectly it is an actual key.
If you can't find it in your inventory it might have disappered.
You might wanna insert the key if it is disappered, click this link to get a insert codes list:

Use the F2-console to insert the items. |

Where exactly is this torch switch? I went down into the caves under Xardas' Tower, but there weren't any torches, at all. Did I go to the wrong place?

the torch is in the cave ont the island with the spikes pulling it disables the spike trap

the key hanna gives you is the key to open thier chest on an island you swim to from the harbor but its trapped.
