| How can I add magic effect and shoot I bow ? |

When I start enchanting I have no magic effect on the list. How can I add them?
How can I shoot a bow ? |

you must know magic spells before you can enchant.
You must buy these spells first.
You shoot your bow just like anyother weapon.
You selct your bow.
Press F button.
Then you see your bow.
Now press the action button.
Hold it to pull back the string.
You must have arrows for it to work.

here is a question: can you enchant your bow to "cast when strikes" or do you have to enchant your arrows? i think it would be rad to make a bow that could shoot arrows with fire. but then i guess you would just enchant it with the target fire damage right? except that defeats the purpose of having the bow. you might as well enchant a sword or ax.

I never saw a enchanted bow in the game.
I don't think you can enchant your bow, you must enchant your arrows.

Yeah, I think XeroX is right. I've never seen an enchanted bow, but I have seen plenty of enchanted arrows.
Maybe someone who is good with the editor could confirm this.

if you want enchanted arrows, you should have the area_effect_arrow plugin.
Its a official plugin.

Forgot it's stats of a my head since I only got it late yesterday night but yes there are magic bows in game |

i have added enchantments to bows: the problem is that you can't use the "cast when strikes" because you never actually strike the target with your bow. only the arrow strikes. i wish i could throw my bow at monsters when i run out of arrows.

i have 2 or maybe 3 enchanted Bows in my weapons collection, Back at my home base.
i also occasionally get to buy or steal , enchanted arrows.
as for the original question goes. you have to make sure you click the arrows, pick um all up and drop them onto your character picture, in your inventory screen. then exit inventory screen, and then select Bow, and its ready to fire. Click/ Press apropriate button to Use |
