When I meet a monster, I don't usually have time to think about that, it's usually either RUN, or fight!! Mostly I run if they're bigger than I am.

Gothic 2 is'nt chess. Point values for different peices should'nt matter. just jump in, get a win or lose, but don't give up. FIND A WAY!!! Maybe you can't beat them yet, but you can go get more exp elsewhere and come back and rule

Kill every creature you can, the exp points really add up. The lowest Exp I have seen is 10 from the meat bugs but when there are usually more then 4 around so that is 40+ XP points. Then there are the Young Wolves 30 XP each usually 2 or more so that is 60+ exp. Scavengers are awsome, they have 70 XP and there are usually 2 or more but most of the time more then 4 so that is like 140 to 280+ XP and they are easy to kill. Wolves 60 XP, Lizards 120 XP, Snappers 120 XP, Lurkers 100 XP, Bloodfly 60 XP, Field Raiders 60 XP, Goblins 50 XP, Black Goblins 100 XP, Wargs 150 XP, Shadow Beast 250 XP.

But I am guessing the Scavengers, Meat bugs, and Bloodflys are the annoying ones to you. Kill them they run in packs and their exp add up. Besides the sounds of the meat bugs and scavengers are just plain annoying and need to be killed to put my self out of misery.
