Im a House Redoran Warrior, i know almoust no magic but destruction and restoration. Now when im about to be a Televanni Hortator i need Potions of Rising Force! But the traders have like 1 potion, and they never get new ones.  What can I do? |

If you're bloody rich, you can do what I did: buy up enough Alteration skill to be able to case Levitate comfortably.
Another solution (if you're rich) would be to find a robe/shoes/ring/amulet/whatevar, a Golden Saint (or whatevar else, really) soul, and have someone make a Cast When Used or - better yet - Constant Effect levitation enchantment.
If your Alchemy is high enough, you could always mix your own

is a golden saint what you nead to make constant effect itms ??
and what gems can hold it ???

You can always mix your own too... Alchemy skill doesn't need to be all that high and it will rise quickly.
I know Racer Plumes are one of the ingredients with Levitate but I can't remember any of the others off hand. So go kill some cliff racers and get a mortar.

If you do the misc. quest for Master Aaryon's guard in Tel Vos, he will give you a levitation amulet.

Not that this will likely help the original poster, but ...
You want "Travel Stained Pants" - IIRC, Peakstar gives them to you in the Cavern of the Incarnate. |

Trama root is one of the other alchemy ingredients with levitate.
So Trama root + racer plume = Flying potion
If your low skill the potion won't last very long or be very fast but it will last more than long enough to get around the "Tel" towers. |
