changing the player model possible?

I'd like to be able to change the player model to that of, say, the bald gate guard at the old camp. This being because he is bald and has a loincloth underwear thing, and wouldn't look so goofy as a sect camp person, but could also be any other one without having stupid clothes and whatnot. if anyone knows how to do this or has done something like it, please let me know. thanks.
