how do i get into the crypt?

i have the investigate ritual and find the child missions but cant get into the crypt. i have found a blue journal. think ive talked to everyone. :/

I don't know either, but you don't need to get into the crypt to save the little girl.... Ummm.... dunno if I should spoil things for you, do you want me to tell you how to help her?

You don't have to get into the crypt until you are told to do so...what have you done so far? The ritual murder quests solves entirely in the castle, by the way
