NotR LP thresholds / how to wisely build a character

I'm trying to figure out how to build my character in NotR. I'm not sure where the various LP thresholds (e.g. the point where it goes from 2 to 3 LP to train Str) are, which complicates things. Can anyone give me that info?

Also, when do you think is a good time to start using bonus items such as apples and tablets to train your *primary* attribute? For example I'm a mercenary. My strength is like 60 or 65 right now, and it costs 3 LP to train further. Is it still best to train to 100 strength the usual way (with trainers) or should I start using pump-up items earlier?

I think it's after every 30 when learning costs more. remember though that if you have sword wich raises 1h/2h skills that won't affect to training LP costs ..so if you have 50% 1h skills and you have master epee. it gives you 10% skill so you have 60% but you can teach your character to 70% before LP's are going faster. and same thing is applied to amulets, belts and rings.
good hint is to train i.e. 29 and then 5 more so you can have 34 points with old 'price' 59->64 and so on ...
