Mouse-control will be 100% integrated what do you think about that ?
it's too bad i liked the way of controlling and fighting in Gothic 2.

Welcome sozar !

PB also said that they want to keep the old control system for old gothic fans or am i mistaken here ? If there would only be the new control system then i don't know what to think. We will see when G3 will be finished if the new system is more satisfying than the old one.

I read in one of the latest articles that the old system will also be included. My guess is the new one will be standard, the old one can be enabled in the options.

You're welcome

I think it's a wise decision from PB. I really don't know a lot of games which have several control systems included.

I agree too. I love G1 controls.

G1 controls were too 'old' for me, so I liked when they improved the controls for G2. However, if they improve it even further, then it's good with me - easy to use interface and, well, anything is only a bonus. So personally I will not mind it at all, if it becomes mostly or all mouse driven, as long as it is easy and fast to use.

no don't change the moving and fighting controls they were the best I have ever seen in a game, oke inventory and buying stuuf and such was still with G2 not 100% what it could be but it was good enough and especially a lot better than those of G1
ever tried to empty the chest with 11000 godlpieces in G1? that was just half an hour work

All you had to do was hold down shift while moving the gold to your inventory. By doing this, it takes it all at once.

First of all, welcome to Sozar!

I'll try out the new controls first, and if they're not interactive enough(the fighting that is), I'll stick to the G2 controls.
