Welcome to our forum!
I suggest you also post this in the JoWooD forum and on WorldofGothic. Unfortunately our troubleshooting forum has rather low traffic.
Install the game on another PC. Then you know if the discs are okay. _________________ Webmaster GothicDot |

Thanks, I have posted there and no response. One other topic like mine and noone has helped him either. Has anyone heard of this problem? |

Itīs not a common error message. Iīve seen an occasional reference to a line in a .cpp file, but generally speaking this is nothing a fan site can fix. All we could say is the standard stuff:
- disable firewall and virus scanner
- close every application
- scan for virus infection and spyware
- install on another PC (to check the CDs)
- reinstall
- uninstall SP2
- go back to DirectX9b
Each point has solved issues players had, but itīs only general advice.
Did you post it in this forum? Their English forum nearby has a FAQ about registration. _________________ Webmaster GothicDot |
