Promotion to Mastermind
   

How do I get promoted to Mastermind? I've completed all of Gentleman Jim's quests so far, now he won't give me any more jobs till I make Mastermind. He doesn't tell me how to do this, however.

I tried bribing him, and he likes that a lot, but I still get the same answer.

Maybe you miss certain quest? Try find & finish all the quest by Thieves Guild.

No, I'd done all the quests. I finally just used the console, and everything was fine. "PCRaiseRank "Thieves Guild"
