skooma(?)/drug - moon(

is there any way to cure the skooma addicted man in the sewers? i dont want to kill him..

where can i find recipes?

read your journal...
it says you should go look for some kind of cure...
what profession is best to talk to when concerning cures?
find one then ask about skooma cure, and you will be lead in the right direction?
read down for spoiler

---talk to a healer in the upper waistworks of the foriegn quarter. go to jabashas rare books and buy confessions of a skooma eater. give this to the addict.
btw ahnassi's quests are alot of fun, and she gives you cool information too
