Gothic 2 unable to run
   

I have just installed Gothic 2. It's been able to run just fine when I had windows XP installed. But now that I have windows 2000 installed the game just shows the loading splash screen, then shuts right down. Can anyone tell me how I can get it to run on windows 2000?
PS. I have tried compatability mode.

Generally speaking it should run on Win 2k. Do you have the latest service pack installed?
