where do the items go that i inserted? they are not in my inventory or nothing. tried inserting a better sword but i dont have and dont know where it went? |

Inserted items usually appear in front of you. There are, however, a few test weapons which are invisible...

Try looking around on the ground in front of you. If you're facing a wall, they might have appeared on top of that wall, or on the opposite side of it.
