i think teleporting is the only way, but you may try jumping into the lake nearby, but i think its too shallow

As you come out of his room and across the parrapet, there is a another spire in front of you (with curly spikes) you can easily climb up on this ledge.
Next you must go carefully around the ledge and using the R key you can see that there is a high grassy ledge just opposite, inch youself slowly along the curly spike, then jump across, i always run along the curly spike and jump.

Transform into a bloodfly! Then you will land smoothly after jumping off the tower. Btw moving over long distances gets pretty fast and is big fun this way.

In the blodfly-mode you can rush to the orc-town pretty fast. In the last chapters you have to move between Xardas-tower and orc-town a few times. This way is quite comfortable.

Thatīs unnecessary. Just use the Couthpark cheat. It automatically ends when you start a dialog.

Exellent thanks, maybe now with couthpark I wont have the speed & bow bug, which freezes your bow when speed runs out.

Edit
Actually I dont like couthpark/Gothic and southpark/Gothic 2, now that I have tried them it make the whole world speed up
Time, animations of NPCs, random AI barks (O god, and I thought the repeditive gibberish was bad enough ), animations of all kinds this includes flames on torches, clouds in the sky, rain just everything.
I really takes me out of the immersion of the game world, ill stick to the speed potions, but thanks for the possible tip anyways

Yes, I totally forgot about the bloodfly spell. Thatīs the best solution.
Another one would be teleportation to the correct waypoints.
