Morrowind Addons - Warnings?

I have decided to start Morrowind again (Due to the lack of any other RPG game on the market) and have decided to add so of the popular addons available on line. Problem is, I get error messages after installing these. I look at the download history and user feed back and no one else appears to be having the install and playing problems that I do. Add-ons, like Sea of Destiny, give me the same basic warning message.
When I go into the data files to click on the add-on the message in the data box says something like: Tribunal.esm is required for this file to be loaded, and it has changed since this file was last saved, you might experience problems with the game. Then, after I start the game I get the warning message: One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. I have Tribunal and Bloodmoon installed and the game warnings appear everytime I start the game. I would like to play the game bug-free. Any suggestions?

I'm not too sure on that. Either the add-ons have been written against a version earlier than the patched version you're running, or for some reason your installation has been modified by something else causing it not to be properly recognised.

If it's the former, you will need to either find updated versions of those add-ons, or the old trick was to open each add-on in the editor and save it again (which may or may not work!)

If it's the latter, reinstalling the game should fix it.

I had same error messages with some plugins, disabling some of them made error messages disappearing, still i got messages from saved games which had plugins in use, saving again and less messages. seek for updated versions of plugins. Another way(annoying one) is a fresh start
