Hi, just have to say, it's a great game, but I have hit on a snag. The smith have told me that to earn his trust, I have to get rid of some bandits. Now, I have killed lots of bandits and the only ones left are just to darned tough, I can't even get close to them..
So my question is: where are these thieves he is refering to hiding??
Please, I don't wan't to start over again, but if someone of you can't shed some light on this, that seems like my only option.. |

Near Akil's farm:
On your way to the tavern is a farm on the left, up some stairs.
Up the stairs (farm on your right) Go left.
Follow the orad to the left into the forrest, on the left side of the road is a cave.
I think that is the spot.
You can still bring him an orc weapon. (there is one in a cave very close to the east gate, without an orc holding it.)

muahha you should have chosen to bring him the orc weapon because its very easy you find it when you leave town trough the gate at the marketplace and go left soon you will see a way going up stay left and enter the small valley at the mountain walls on your right there is a cave and at the intrance the weapon harad wants  you do not have to kill an orc

Thanks a lot, both of you. I had allready found the orc weapon, but I sold it, long before I could figure out what to do with it:)

I think you can buy an orc weapon for about 10 gold from one of the merchants around Onar's farm. But going there too early is risky.

bah, you can kill the orc scout by yourself at level 5-6 with 30% in 1h weapons, or get Bartok to help you. Just backup let him do his charge-slash thing and slap him silly 
Also note that if you talk to Harad and ask for something simpler you will lose out on the experience and gold you get from Hakon for the bandit quest. (100exp+100gold) |
