This is hard. My first response is nothing, but that is not really playing along. The second is "my education", but that is not playing along either. So I'd have to say my short sword.

It is a civil war sword, and is an all around useful tool. Very well made, it can double as a machette, or a hammer (using the butt end) as well as being an all around useful maker of mayhem and protector of the innocent

I'm glad this blast-from-the-past has resurfaced, because I want to ask Roach (don't know why I didn't ask before): half of what book?

My saxophone. Love it. Worked very hard for it, when I was old enough to get a part-time job. I try to play it every day, don't always have time for it, though.

My car. It's a black 1968 Chevrolet Camaro 2-door coupe. It is such a sweet ride!

It looks a lot like this.

It's the first car I ever bought on my own. My bro and I fixed it up then took it to get a new paint job. We had a ton of fun fixing it and getting it running right.

A toss-up between my just-paid-off truck & new Sharp 32" flatscreen tv!

My Gibson SG (Guitar). Feels so good!

I should dedicate more time to playing it though...

My copy of "Chuang Tzu - The Inner Chapters" (English translation by AC Graham of writings of Chinese philospher - now spelt Zhuangzi - from around 300BC).

I got this book about 16 years ago as a pretty crappy paperback and had it rebound. It's been around the world with me several times and probably influenced my life more than anything else. And now I can read the original if I have enough reference books and patience!!

Thanks!
If you ever do want to get one, get a junker that you can fix up. You save a lot of money and have a good time fixing it. Not to mention that when something breaks, you'll probably know how to fix it.

I'll do that. Where I live you can actually find these kind of cars rather cheap, if you're prepared to invest some time in restoring it, and once I find myself some time and money, I'm prepared to invest that.
