Duke murder & few more??

Ok I went to sir Dante in V. to talk about duke’s murder. After bringing him the brooch and sir Patrick papers he directed me to merchant’s guild. Now here the problem start, when I went after this guy in the dungeons I still saw him, but when I went to the sewers nothing happens, lost him somehow. (I cleaned the sewers earlier; does this make any difference?) What I’m missing?

How can I kill the ghost in the dark forest and keep the sword from the stone?

Harvest disaster I have to check if the doctor was saying the truth, to whom I should talk?

1. The assassin leader never entered the sewers, he is still in the dungeon.

2. You can't. If you leave the forest with the sword everyone in the forest will be killed.

3. Have you explored the doctor's house?
