If you got an acceptance into the eve beta test and you don't want it can I have it, i've been waiting a year and a half to get in and play this game, it looks awesome and i love the stories/atmosphere. PM me the details and if you want something in exchange i'll do my best. Thanks

Phalanx, it would be breaking the NDA to give the beta account to someone else. _________________ =Moderator of General MMORPG talk forum=

NDA is a legally binding document and the effects of breaking the NDA totally depends how agressively the company in question wants protect its intellectual property.
NDA = Non Disclosure Agreement. It usually states that you are not allowed to speak about the product in the public and disclose information that you gain about the product during the beta process. Some companies make it more strict than others.
E.g. some companies say that you are not even allowed to state that you participate their beta process. Some allow this.
Not sure how it is in Eve's case but I'd never break the NDA I have signed myself. _________________ =Moderator of General MMORPG talk forum=

how boring, oh well, i started playing everquest, i don't think i'll be buying or playing eve. If they don't recognize someone who has displayed an active interest in the game since it started and don't consider that person a must have beta tester then they're ****ed, i'm so pissed off |

Why anyone would go upset for not getting to play laggy, buggy, contentless alpha version of EVE online with regular char whipes meaning you have to start all over again every so often is beyond me. Betatesting especially this is early is by far from anything enjoyable.
If it would be fun they would wrap it up and do a release. |
