What's with PAL and NTSC?
   

I live in Europe. If i buy an NTSC game, what would be the difference on the game? I understand when it comes to console games, but i thought that would be no problem with PC monitors, since we can download demos and stuff from anywhere and it's no difference

Two different TV standards. Not important for PCs except of TV-out.
