Thanks, I did not know a second such Merchant existed like the Creeper.

I shall play Morrowind now and look for this suspicious creature.

If u wanna get good prices and want to boost people's diposition choose Imperial as your race and use 'voice of the emperor' power this usuallly increses there disposition to 95 or 100.

or, if you are buying something expensive, just bribe them a few hundred gold at a time until their disposition rises to 100. it is amazing the deals you get doing that. + it is easier to find them again later because their disposition stays that way.
