i have 3 glyphs lit. there is a room with an alcove and no shadow gate present. 2 athena statue guards are facing each other. there is a secret book on the shelf which i have activated, but i cant seem to activate the portal. any1 know how?

duh
   

i used the crystals needed to activate the statues in the chess room when i got frustrated. then i had none left. i would lose the chess game, and instead of defeating the chess piece and acquiring another stone, i would leave and return and use another stone on the pedestal. bad move. dont follow my bad example
