Sorry for the stupid question but how do I earn skill points? I've been stuck on 9 for what seems like ever and haven't been able to get it up to 10 so I can learn a few things. I wouldn't really care but I need it to go on with my missions. Thanks.

You earn skillpoints when you raise a level. 1 level = 10 skillpoints
