For those that might be interested, The_Khan dropped me an e-mail with an update about this project. Take a look here.
He also sent me some pics of the "The Wheel of Time" comic and Raymond E. Feist's "Wood Boy" adaptation. If you'd like to see them, then send me an e-mail and I can forward them to you.

I got the "Hedge Knight" comic adaptation and I rather enjoyed it, so I'm looking forward to these ones.

Thanks Val! I just sent you an email!

When is this going to hit US shelves anyway? I keep asking at the comic store and they seem to have no idea when this is scheduled for release. I thought it was supposed to be out last year?

Hrm... "Wood Boy" will be out this spring, but I haven't heard any release dates for the New Spring adaptation. I'll ask Khan and get back to you on that.

Edit: Looks like it'll be hitting the shelves around July.

More adaptation updates:
Looks like they're going to be doing one for Orson Scott Card's Alvin Maker series. Hopefully if it does well, they'll get permission to do Ender's Game too.

You can also see a preview of their adaptation of Raymond E. Feist's Magician Apprentice. The art looks great in my opinion.

Are the Feist adaptations drawn by the lad who did the Backlash comic books back then?
Lookin' good .

You know, I think it is. Brett Booth, right? ...Yep, looks lke. I thought that the art looked familiar.

By the way, here's the preview for Red Prophet. It'll be interesting to see if it does well. The setting isn't standard fare for comics.
