Dungeon Keeper was great, but it's dead now. The same people who did it did Black and White which is a goldmine. Maybe in about twenty years when nostalgia kicks in, after they finish Black and White 7, they'll think about Dungeon Keeper 3.
And so this isn't to off-topic, how far do you think Gothic will go? The first one didn't do well here in America, but that's probably because most people have still never even heard of it. Two will likely get a little more attention, so I'm guessing they'll make Gothic 3 before they decide to move on.

I think that there will be a Gothic 3 if PB get the chance to make it.

The reason it didn't do well in America (I am from the states) is because they didn't advertise. Most Americans are seemingly incapable of finding out about things which aren't heavily advertised. Whether they be movies, music, personal grooming products etc.

It's not
"I'm going to go to the store and find a really cool new game"

it's
"The magazine said this game was cool, so I'm going to get it"

So hopefuly they advertise a bit for two.

Gothic did very well in the US. The last number I heard is 90,000 sold units. The source is unofficial, so itīs of course only a rumor.

Compare that to the over 1 million copies of Diablo II sold in the first TWO WEEKS.

It doesn't matter how awesome a product is if it isn't marketed well.

I know advertisisng costs money, but it's the old "you have to spend money to make money" situation.
