vally ?

i was sent to the vally by that paladin lord...
anyhow i go there... go up and i see that movie of dragons burning some city...
i go back to the city and i dont have any option to talk to him about it
i can tell lord andre that i saw dragon and he tell me to go back to the other guy and still nothing

journal still say that i should talk to that commander he sent me to, but i cant find him

help plz

You need to get into a castle in the Valley of mines and there you need to get a proof from commander Garond (and of course, it's not so easy

.
So continue down the path to the castle.
