Great game. Although storyline and graphics arn't the best of the best, the combat system and level detail is wonderful... 8/10. _________________ Don't succumb to lies, to do that is to sink to the level of an idiot. If you want to obtain true wisdom never take anything or anyone for granted. |

This was a bit of a let down in certain ways
Really nice maps and story, the new stuff, sets etc
But I imported my character from DS1 and BAM! it was over...
Last boss made Gom look difficult
Liked the bosses staff tho, great item for a new character
somewhere around 800 to 1000 damage, no lvl requirement
The true brilliance of DS came in its ability to be modded and DS2 only promises to take what we, the players, found lacking in 1 and LOA and add them and more to make what is going to be a really good game _________________ Do not forget to remember that which you do not need to know

Why did you import your DS charcter? the expansion is meant to start anew from with a lvl 1 farmer. If you use your lvl 60 uber char you won´t have much fun I think. Or were the enemies scaled to your level? _________________ If you can't debate without namecalling then don't bother visiting us. -Myrthos |

Nope, there isnt some form of equalizing factor, which I was hoping for because DS1 starts to get really difficult to level later. How does anyone expect you reach the targeted lvl 150 in any skill, never mind in a stat?
Anyway...I went into LOA big, the creatures stayed small...
So I did start a new char, tried mage for first time.
Nice for a new char....but then it's not an addon is it...its almost a new game _________________ Do not forget to remember that which you do not need to know
