Permanent potions?!

Why can't I make permanent potions... have I missed something?

It's just weird that you can read about the permanent potions and how to make them in g2, but you can't make them and you can't learn it from any of the charactors in the game!! Or is it just me who can't make them?!?

I think you need to learn the potions they will teach you first before you get into the permanent ones.

I couldn't learn the permanent potions untill The halls of irdorath. Vatras taught me there, how to brew them. I think I know why you get to learn those potions so late in the game. After I used up all the materials, I ended up with 250 mana, 120 dexterity and 90 strength .
