Where is the Holy Grail?

Well ,I am at the Dwarven Halls and this priest mentions about this Holy Grail being in a cave somewhere in the mountains, any clues on its whereabouts?

Oh , and one more thing ....Is there anything down in this cave at the dwarven halls because I didn't find anything except evil dwarves, although I expected to find this demon that this other dwarf was talking about (something about a statue and a password?) Is this supposed to be a quest? 'Cause it didn't appear on the quest list....

Thanks in advance.....

The cave is in the mountains in the Dark Forest. Just exit the Dwarven Halls and follow the walls of the mountain south and east. You'll find it in one of the canyons. You'll know it when you run into a guardian monster. Bring LOTS of heath potions.

That cave in the Dwarven Halls is part of a quest you recieve later when you work to gather the Council of Seven.
