Just a bad translation.
Use xe.com for a rough guide to the conversion. I say rough as it's your bank or credit company that'll decide the actual rate. 599CZK is around £13.50. But then it's another 700CZK for P&P. _________________ The Dude abides. |

Hmm, doesn't look like you can post to the UK from that last site mentioned, unless they hid the destination somewhere.
Edit: I'm wrong. They labeled it as Great Britain - an older term but its still accurate
Out of interest, what is the best way to tell what version my original gothic 2 is.. in terms of it being US/UK? Will this addon work with the US one if I happened to pick that one up?
Extra info: I ran the costing through Xe.com and for anyone who wants to import to the UK, the Price comes out at about £30, which is about the average price for a full game in the UK nowerdays. |

Apparently bontonland are 'out of stock'. They claim that they will have new stock in 7 days time. Hopefully this will prove to be the case.
I'd suggest that anyone else may be better holding off from ordering until we can verify that the goods can be delivered....... _________________ Svetty

Wow...an honest to goodness English version of NoTR. It’s nice when I come to visit the site and find things are actually moving along…but I’ll be damned if I am going to pay $60
For an add-on. Oh well…no NoTR for me.

Well, I wanted the english NoTR so I ordered. If I want something, I get it Anyhoo, the package from the Czech online store arrived today and as soon as I get home, I'll install it and check it out. By the text on the box, it's fully english - voice, text, subtitles, everything.
EDIT: and yes, I bought it from Bontonland in Czech and have received the package, so there's the confirmation _________________ Been there, done that . . . |

Yep, I posted the results in that Bontonland.cz topic, but to say it here shortly: it's the right stuff and works perfectly _________________ Been there, done that . . . |

Just wanted to report that I (finally ) received my copy of NotR from Bontonland.cz today...safe and sound.
As others have pointed out before I'm sure, the package consists of a nice multi-lingual (English on the cover, multi on the back) DVD style slim case with color inserts and a single color image CD-ROM disc. No paper manual or documentation of any kind.
All in all, my experience with Bontonland was painless. I had e-mailed them last week about my order status (I thought it had been a while - I ordered on the 29th of August) and received a prompt reply indicating the ship date (9/2/05) and a request that if the game didn't arrive within the week, to inquire further with them.
If/when I get a chance (Gothic 2 is down on my game queue a bit I'm afraid) I'll try and report if it's in anyway incompatible with the US version of the game. |
