how level up ?
   

i don't have a game manuel and the read me was no good: to level up i press c? and then what. thanks rev.

You get 10 learning points per level. They can be spent at teachers you can find all over the map. Most of them are in the camps and a few in the wilderness. Many teachers have certain requirements before they teach you. Money, a quest or guild membership for example.
