TES kit Barter
   

How do I get to make someone sell skooma in TES contruction set. Like Arille does in Seyda Neen, i want a guy in balmora to sell skooma. I already put him in balmora, put the skooma on him, but there is not barter button. How can i make him sell it?

Just make him a trader in the AI section. Select him, select AI and have fun.
