I only know of one locked door that can be opened and it's the door where the gate switch is. The guy guarding the door has the key.

There are several ways to get the key, pickpocketing being one. Beat him up and cast oblivion, or cast sleep being some others.

I have the pickpocket skill, but I don't know how to use it. I want to pickpocket Constantino and take his ring.

You'll need alot of dex to pickpocket him, if I rmember right. You can just beat him up, loot him, and cast oblivion if pickpocketing is too tough right now.

*note: to use pickpocketing, talk to the person and you should see an option to pickpocket. I'd suggest a save before you try hehe. Some are simple, others impossible. Read the success assessment and go from there.
