Tremere Regent location?
   

First of all, thanks everyone for help on my other questions. Now, where is the Tremere regent? I haven't done the Dane yet, but I am downtown and searching everywhere for the Regent. I must have missed something. Or can I only meet him in a certain point in the game?

See those green doors? That's the building the Regent is in. You can visit him any time after getting to the downtown area.
