There will come a Expansion to AVP:2
I think it will be greate to all On-line players...LOL 
The grafic will be muth more better and more new weapons,
and stuff like that...lol

its not an rpg, its a FPS... but i guess... you could consider an FPS/RPG, because you ARE roleplaying, and you play a fantasy character... (AKA alien or predator, or human i suppose) but uhh.... ya.

Game is superb, and alien is my favorite, both in AvP1 and AvP2. Still I don't think there'll be much better graphics. It's just an expansion pack. I miss two things from AvP1 - large fov for aliens and full freelook if alien is on wall/ceiling. |

I love playing as a predator. His weapons are cool. But playing as a human is really really scary!!!

It is better grafic in the Expansion set,,,
they have wrote it in the papers....
and some other fixes files to AVP2.

AvP 2 was [ is ] sooo cool!
Playing predator was great - jumping from tree to tree hunting for humans!
Human - really crazy scary!!
I think that the Alien campaign was easiest but really funny cause
everyone one was afraid of you!
Too bad that the expansion will not have too many missions....

AVP2 has to be one of the best FPS's right now. The game play works awesome and they have the game down to shooting and aiming and hitting accurately. Head shots or arms shot which fly off is fun to watch too.
My only bug is the damn patch they did taking Sniper ammo from 30-10. That was just soooooo wrong! 10 bullets dont do nothing! Specially when you rapid fire:( |

I liked AvP2, only the preditor missions though.
I never could get into playing human or alien.
@Fionn
Uhhh whats the point using a sniper gun with rapid fire, wouldn't that take all the accuracy out of it. IMO Sniper weapons in FPS should only hold one bullet.
Ohh BTW this thread is definately  for this board.

No actually I dont think that is a problem. its quite balanced. You take away accuracy for speed. And since the game is so laggy on some servers, sometimes its a requirement to getting a kill. SPecially from runners.
And thats why sniper rifles take a second or 2 to reload. But the problem is the ammo. no sniper is going to carry one bullet. They should have kept it at 30. Now the sniper is so underbalanced because you have to spend your whole time looking for ammo boxes instead of doing what a sniper does best.
Basically ruined the class in my Honest opinion. Snipers are not that hard to kill either, you just have to flush them out which is quite easy. |

Keep in mind I never played a sniper in AvP2. 
I think I may have misunderstood you. Did the gun have a clip that held 30 bullets or can the sniper only have 30 bullets at a time.
If the sniper can only hold 30 bullets then I agree, but if the gun had a clip that held 30 then I like it better the way it is now. I probably would hate it if I played a sniper but anywho.
My comment about the one bullet meant that the gun should be bolt action without a clip so one would have to manually reload after every shot, not that a sniper should only hold 1 bullet at a time. |
