I didn't play Morrowind for a while and now reinstalled it, together with the expansion pack. Too bad to say, but now Morrowind has very frequent crashes to desktop. This has nothing to do with my system because other, long gaming sessions have no problems. Is there a way to fix this? |

Installing Tribunal patches to a newer version (1.3.0.1029) than the regular Morrowind update (v1.2.0722) currently available. Hopefully if you tried to install the regular Morrowind update the software would stop and tell you this update is not possible.
As for the crashing; mine plays more stable and faster than ever. I hadn't played Morrowind in a long time, and when I quit playing the original, the very first update was released. Since I had already beat the standard MW, I never even installed that patch. After reinstalling MW and the Tribunal expansion, it seems like I get a good 20% boost in framerates and a lot more stability as compared to the MW right out the case. I also have the directX 9 installed, and my drivers (sb audigy, nvidia gf4) all updated. _________________ T®îßã£Måñ
