I guess I declined Rendelius proposal to do that earlier, because this game was still too far from it's release, but it seems that M&M still have a big crowd of interested people, despite the last less golden reviews.
This thread is getting big isn't it?

Has that German gaming magazine with the supposed previews of MM9 and HoMM4 come out yet?

I hope this game will be as good as what I've seen so far of Wizardry VIII.

That's just downright nasty Gorath. Is there any scintillating info or what? Do tell. I'd like everything translated and all pics posted post haste.

PC Games only previews HOMM4!
They absolutely love it. Itīs like one editor played it, three editors got addicted.

I must say that most of those screenshots at tothegame look sensational. They still claim the release date to be in March.

Next year is going to be great for gaming.

So, should we set up a MM9 board then? Let me know. And more than that: would someone here be willing to run a MM9 site with us? No HTML knowledge required - we do the whole site within a day or so - just a lot of time to keep the site updated *g*

I checked out the website and was disappointed by this:

Gone are the days of running into 50 lizardmen at a time.

I found that m&m 6-8 were basically the same game and the only way to make out early in the game was to fight 50 lizardmen at a time.
I hope that m&m9 breaks away from the mold set forth in 6-8

I agree, the mold was looking kind of stale. But I still hope they keep the essence of M&M, i.e. the good old-fashioned monster-bashing, party-stat-advancing fun.

As for the MM9 RPGDot-hosted site, come on, is noone interested? I have negative time to spend updating one, sadly.

Well the time for Might&Magic IX is comming very close now, as for it's strategic sister game HoMM4.

I could do it I suppose if you've had no takers. It all depends on what you mean by a lot of time to keep the site update.
