Who intends to buy or has bought yet Tribunal?

I ask this because our modding team at www.silgrad.com is discussing that topic at this very moment. But this question is important to all other plugin developers, because if a plugin needs Tribunal it won´t work without it anymore.

So please vote to let us make our decision properly. Thanks.

Yep

I've bought Tribunal and love it. However, I personally don't use any plugins at this time! I'm having enough fun with the "pure" system right now, but might install a few later on when things begin to slow down. Probably the official ones at first, then maybe the Alchemy mod, and a few large dungeons.

Whenever you make a decision to target your work to an optionally-installed system, you'll lose some people. You'll definitely get more punters using your plugins if they're usuable without Tribunal, in fact you'll get the most if it's usuable with the original unpatched Morrowind.

You just have to make the decision whether the new stuff is worth using because it makes things significantly easier or it allows you more expressiveness/functionality than you'd otherwise get. If the benefits are worth losing a few potential punters, then so be it!

I didn't buy it, and probably won't since I've got other games wanting attention.

I think cfmdobbie's last paragraph is the key. If you need the extra functionality, then use it. If you can still meet the vision you have for your plugin with the basic MW, that will give you more potential "customers". Which compromise makes the most sense for your vision?

I bought Tribunal and have restarted MW for the third time (one has to relearn quickly that monsters that are laughable at lvl 47 are deadly at 3). With Tribunal and almost as many mods as Rendelius is running (and some very expansive ones), it's almost a new game - except that I know how to do all the various MW guild quests.

By the look of the poll results after I voted, I would think that most people still playing MW will have added Tribunal so I wouldn't worry about creating mods that require Tribunal. I suspect that most heavy mod users will be the ones most likely to get Tribunal.

I wanted Tribunal but I didn't want to pay full-price. I got it off ebay about 2 weeks ago.
