You got that one right..
@ghola Man, you have some serious problems.. I mean, I usually get depressed for, I don't know, about 5 mins while thinking of Gothic 2 and the date of it's arrival. But that's it..
Tried playing the original once more? Tried taking some sleeping pills
You might as well enjoy a virtual gothic world in RPGDot Shadows' group. But only when you've driven out every last resort(like friends, pets, telly, books etc ) |

I'm having some *SERIOUS* sleeping problems. For example, I go lie down in bed at 10:00 trying to sleep but usually I'm still wide awake at midnight due to gothic 2 . |

My advice to you is to play Gothic over and over.. I just finished the game 5 times, playing as mage, mercenary, templar, guard AND as a mage once more.. and now I play the Gothic 2 demo.. after I'm through with it a couple of times(the new demoground is huge compared to the old, but you have to start over when you only have packs of Wargs and so on left), I'll start over on Gothic 1, and repeat the process until Gothic 2 English version is released(I honestly don't think I'll play NWN, Morrowind, BG2, IWD2 and so on, other games in general, before I'm through with Gothic 2).
So, my advice is to play Gothic 1 between 5-10 times over, and then do the same with the demo.. after that, repeat the process - at least it helps me sleep, so it might work for you as well! |

Morrowind is easier to complete than people think, and you only spend a lot time doing so if you don't know how to get to the different places using striders, teleportation and boats. It's far from non-linear, so if you complete it once - you'll rush through the game pretty fast.
BG2.. played for years and years, and it's probably my fav. game(at least one of'em), but after exploring games with Irenicus, Bodhi and so on(change the skin of the main character to JI, Bodhi etc), I feel I'm through with it, and the whole "God-mode" in Throne of Bhaal isn't to my liking.. can't stand being a "supreme" being(that's why I really love Gothic 1 - chapter 1-4.. perhaps even 5).
9th time? That's nothing compared to the hardcore gamers in here, so you've got a lot of catching up to do! What are you sitting around here for? |
