I have a problem with those Mooks in Arnika.

I have completed some of the game's quests, my party is approximately 14th level, I got Destine Dominus, but: when I come to Arnika carrying letters from anpani and ti-rengs to mooks I get nothing. I mean, when I approach to the place where golographical mook should appear it doesn't! Nothing happens at all. And I have no possibility to get Chaos Molari.

Have you faced such problem, or anyway what'll be your advice?

It is bug, there is patch avalaible which fix it.

Bug:
when you save your game when Mooks hologram is "on", it will never apear again.

P. S.: Welcome here, nice to see new face. I hope we will help you.

Hmm... things are getting clearer. But anyway I have localized (Russian) version of the game and it would be hard to patch it using the official patch. Russian company which localized Wizardry produced only one patch that don't clear that bug...

Appreciated for help.

Then you will need to go start this game again and do not save when this hologram is "on".
I did it same way, I had same problem .

That's really fucking not great

I don't have either time or patience to do that so I think I will have to leave Wizardry 8 not completed... if only problem doesn't appear fixed.

Thanks anyway and again

Yes, it is not funny

My story:
I spoke with Mooks hologram several time in begining of game. Then I saved when it was on. When I returned later he was not there, so I thought "now he doesnt want to speak with me, he will later".
I played for many more hours before I realized that it is bug.

Advice:
Try official patch. Probably it will work with your Russian version. Give it a try. Download it from http://www.wizardry8.com/ - download/Game Patches and Updates section.

Good luck.

The problem appear fixed to everyone's surprise and pleasure
Cheat is a perfect cure to all problems I just downloaded it (ability to walk through walls and objects) and after some manipulations everything has become just as it should have been.

Thanx for all. My path of adventurer goes on.
