Saving my game

So, I'm hoping that this question is a dumb one that can easily be answered. For some reason, I can't save my game. I hit save/Load, then save and then I hit a dead end. The next screen that pops up shows the image of a disc, so I even tried putting a disc in my drive to save it on that. It is basically not giving me any save buttons to hit at that point and nothing happens no matter what I click. this is so frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem????

I've uninstalled the game but I do remember that it was a pain. You have to clicl on a slot. Then type in the name. Then click on save.

Can you do CTRL S to do the quick save? CTRL L to load?

Do you have the patch installed? I think I read that the patch helped with saving (maybe that was another game:).

Save slots

I had the same problem. I had no save slots available. I had to delete the game and reinstall, then install the patch before starting the game. It saolved the problem for me. Hope you haven't gotten too far in yet. You should clearly see the save slots to use. There will be a long list of them. Hope this helps.

Saving

well, I've resorted to just relying on the good ole' quicksave. That's been working for me. When I go through the actual save menu, I see absolutely no 'slots' of any type. Hmm...oh well. I suppose I'll have to rely on quickies! Thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one with a goofie save game problem!

Saving the game

I did the same thing and finished the game that way the first time. You just have to be selective of when you save. I fought a lot of battles over because I forgot to save. It works out just fine.
