Just a few simple questions [NOT SPAM]
   

I lost my manual, And i've kinda forgotten how to pickpocket and how to pick locks. Im using the PC version, could anyone help me out here?

Pickpocketing: Usually, you need to sneak behind an NPC (use the sneak key and be sure the yellow sneak symbol is showing all the time), then 'interact' with the person to steal from them.
As for picking locks: You'll need a lockpick and the security skill. 'Arm' yourself with the lockpick and 'fight' the lock. The better both your skill and the lockpick, the greater your chances at success.

Additional on the lockpicking - if you receive the message "Lock Too Complex", you've got no chance of opening it. Get a better lockpick or improve your Intelligence or Security ratings.
