It's the opening song from the Anime Gundam X, called "Dream" by the JPop group "Romantic Mode". You can find a low quality mp3 of the song here. It's a 56kbit/sec mp3 with wav extension.
Don't know if there was an RPG made of that series, you would have to ask Console RPG gurus for that.

hey maybe you know about the whole Yatta thing ,about a year ago I downloaded this BADASS video of these guys singing a song called Yatta, its one of the coolest things I've ever seen, perchance you know if they are real, where i can find more of them..etc..?

thanks a bunch...
see i'm makeing this hudge database of midi's and maybe mp3's of anime music.. and most of them that i find don't have names and such to them... so i will be back with more music for you guys to help me with...
