human outpost help

Hi all,
There is a blue thingy with a scroll i think on a ledge opposite the human outpost...I tried the levitate spell but the pillars block me and i cant levitate up....any ideas on how to reach there..Thanks

As far as I know you can only reach it with Telekinesis...
...at least that is how I got them

Actually I found an easier way....I just went up close under the ledge and kept jumping and clicking away and eventually i got hold of it and pulled it down...lol
Aparently since it was hilighted the game thought it was in my reach or something

By the way who sells levitate spells?...there are a couple other runes in the troll mines and goblin hall I want to collect...thanks
